There are several healthy foods for babies that you can give to your babies. These foods are contained with essential nutrients, the price is so reasonable, easy to prepare and of course delicious. These are some of best foods for babies to make your baby healthy :

Blueberries
Blueberries are comes from flavanoids which is called anthocyanins, which are good for eyes, brain, and even urinary tract for your babies. All you have to do is combine ¼ cup of blueberries completed with a tablespoon of water in a bowl, after that you can put it into microwave and wait for 30 seconds, and then you have to mash and let it cool. To make the blueberries fresh, you can swirl some plain yogurt on top.

Yogurt
Yogurt is a fresh food and one of great food for babies to introduce to your babies when they are 6 months old. Yogurt is contained calcium and vitamin D, and this food is great to develop the bones and teeth of your babies. The plain yogurt is the best because it has not contained sugars. You can mix yogurt with mashed avocado, dry infant cereal and applesauce. Make sure that your babies are usual with the taste of yogurt from young age.
